Below is a copy of our contract. When purchasing a puppy we will email you the contract, have you sign it and return it in mail with your holding fee. We will then sign it, make a copy for you. Then mail or email to you with a receipt for you holding fee.
This agreement is dated _________________, between the undersigned parties, Breeder/Seller and Buyer, for the amount of $________.00 (includes non-refundable holding fee). Buyer agrees to buy from Seller and Seller agrees to sell to Buyer ___ puppy(ies)identified below, with ___Limited or ___ Full Registration. Seller acknowledges receipt of $200.00, a non-refundable holding fee intended to reasonably obligate Seller to hold puppy for buyer. Holding fee payment must be wrote out to breeders name not kennel name.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
The puppy(ies) identified above (herein "Puppy") is a pet/companion (i.e., not for breeding). Seller does not evaluate nor declare Puppy to be of show quality. Puppies sold for breeding or show purposes must have specific authority from Seller. Payment in full must be made prior to Buyer taking possession, which should be when Puppy is between 8 and 11 weeks old and no later than 14 weeks; final payment must be made prior to possession via cash. Failure to make full payment as agreed allows Seller rights to re-sell Puppy (no reimbursements to Buyer).
48 hour health guarantee. Seller guarantees that upon Buyer's possession, puppy is (1) deemed in good health and (2) immunized and de-wormed per Puppy's provided health record. 48 hours is presumed sufficient for any health issue to show and be determined by Buyer. Seller excludes from the 48 hour health guarantee and buyer accepts Puppy with the following conditions: ____None or __________________________________________________________________. Buyer may at its own expense have Puppy examined by Buyer's veterinarian. All veterinarians cost are to be paid for by buyer while puppy is in buyers possession. To qualify for health guarantee, Buyer must notify Seller within the 48 hours from date of possession and provide any veterinarian's findings if Puppy is not in good health. Seller may re-examine Puppy at Seller's cost. Guarantee Does Not Include zinc deficiency, conditions that are minor, correctable, caused by Buyer (including heat stroke,exhaustion, dehydration and other heat-related conditions), minor breed-related or will subside/diminish with time of growth, or contagious disease diagnosed after 72 hours' time of possession. Guarantee does not apply if Buyer refuses to provide Puppy to Seller's Veterinarian for examination. If minor condition does not subside/diminish, then Puppy is deemed not to be in good health then Seller will resume possession of Puppy and reimburse Buyer with another puppy from current litter or next upcoming litter. No refunds will be given this is a replacement contract only.Vet/Medical expenses will not be refunded or covered by the Seller. Hip Dysplasia, Hereditary Cataracts are guaranteed by Seller on Full Rights Buyer's on Puppy for 2 years from date of agreement under the same terms as above. No warranty is given to Buyer for any special purpose or function of Puppy. Please note that puppies being sold as show prospects are not guaranteed to mature to be show quality.
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
Buyer acknowledges that husky breeds have a double coat and can be sensitive to heat if clipped/shaved and agrees to never clip/shave. Puppy should always have access to water,more so in high temperatures. Buyer agrees to be responsible for puppy and its behavior, and further more, to take good care of Puppy,including but not limited to: feeding high quality food, giving adequate water, maintaining shots,and having Puppy on leash in public and when away from Buyer's home.Buyer will provide a safe outdoor area for Puppy that is fenced and/or secure and agrees to give Puppy good physical and emotional care. If puppy is to be found running at large,creating a public nuisance, neglected, abused or kept in or heath or conditions, Buyer consents without further notice or process to allow Seller the rights to take possession of Puppy with no refund or replacement to Buyer. Buyer consents to allow a certified Trainer to consult with Buyer and evaluate Puppy in the event of any dispute about the condition,health or welfare of Puppy. The death, poor condition,injury or loss of puppy due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heatstroke or accident will not entitle Buyer to any compensation from Seller. puppy is not to be used for any illegal or immoral activities and is not to be used for breeding,or any type of puppy mill", dog farm or other mass producing or money-making operations. If Puppy is to be found to be used for any said activities without Seller's consent, Seller is entitled to $1,500 plus sales amount from Buyer for each bred puppy sold and has all rights to the repossession of Puppy and offspring with no refunds to Buyer.Buyer agrees to send at least two(2) pictures of Puppy a year for first two (2) years of life. Buyer may do this via social media, text or email.
Return Policy.
If Buyer is unable to keep Puppy for any reason, Buyer will return Puppy with no reimbursement to Seller. Puppy is not to end up on street or in any shelter/humane society. If Puppy is for sale by Buyer without first notifying Seller of the intent to re-home Puppy, Seller may elect to repossess Puppy and Buyer forfeits all rights to Puppy with no refund. Buyer agrees not to sell Puppy to any retail company or establishment. If Buyer is found in breach of the Return Policy Buyer must pay to Seller $1,500 and the amount Puppy is sold for.
Seller's Responsibility.
Seller provides a sample of current puppy food, toy,poop bags health records and registration paperwork to Buyer. Collar and leash available if needed. Puppy has been de-wormed at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks old, vaccinated at 6 and 8 weeks of age, checked for cleft palate and umbilical hernia.
This the entire agreement and it is binding. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Berrien County, Michigan. Reasonable attorney fees to be paid by Buyer. Changes to this contract must be in writing and be signed by both parties. Each party has read it, understands it and agrees to abide by its terms.
